Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to personal data that we collect in connection with the use of the Service and that we process as a data controller. This Privacy Policy does not apply to links to third-party websites and/or services, such as Facebook, that you may encounter when using the Service. Please exercise caution when sharing personal data in the Service and with other Users. 7. Data Retention

OneMind Dogs retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or to comply with legal obligations.

Personal data may be retained for longer periods where required for accounting purposes, handling legal claims, or fulfilling regulatory obligations. Some data may be retained in anonymised or aggregated form for Service development.

We do not retain personal data longer than permitted by law or necessary for providing the Service. Retention periods depend on the nature of the data and the legal basis for processing.

Most personal data associated with a User account is deleted within 90 days of the account’s deletion. We may retain information regarding when you last had an active account for a longer period based on our legitimate interest in analysing subscription behaviour.

We retain website log data of unregistered Users for up to 14 months.
