Why did you decide to invest?
I know CEO Noora Keskievari. She is a highly driven and energetic person. I’ve been following the passion and attitude she has for doing business. Noora has a huge desire to help people and dogs, and do things better and on a larger scale.
I think it’s particularly great that the OneMind Dogs service is strongly utilizing digital technology. Consumers are making purchases through mobile and they want services to be accessible everywhere. I like that the service is not restricted to one geography - it’s available and useful for all dogs and their owners regardless of location.
What do you think about the OneMind Dogs team?
A successful company usually needs one or more people to have an unwavering belief in their own thing. This is the recipe for success. The OneMind Dogs team has the right kind of courage to go all in.
How do you see the growth potential for OneMind Dogs?
It’s great to follow a company that’s brave enough to do their own thing and stay faithful to their idea. I think OneMind Dogs definitely has an opportunity for growth. There’s a lot of money in the pet business, so a profitable market is already there. The company has huge potential; they’ll be successful if they execute internationally in a scalable way.
What would you say to those considering investing in OneMind Dogs?
We’re talking about a Finnish company with a strong vision and courage to go after the international market with their own idea. Another great thing is their smart utilization of digital technology. I can’t think of a better story!
