Daryl and Frank Pubillones are going to their first OneMind Dogs seminar!

Auditing a OneMind Dogs seminar is an experience on a whole new level. To prove it, we are offering some volunteers a chance to audit a OneMind Dogs seminar free of charge. Daryl and Frank Pubillones will be attending one of our seminars in the end of this month.

"My name is Daryl Pubillones. My husband Frank Pubillones and I started off with 3 Border Collies, Rosie who is 6 years old and two younger ones Dodge and Jazmine who just turned 3 years old.

We knew we wanted to do something with them and our first thought was herding. Then one day we saw an Agility Trial at our local park and knew right away that was what we wanted to do. So the puppy classes started... We had them in basic training for the first year here in our local town in Colorado. Our first trial was in 2015, and from that point on we were hooked!

I fell in love with Agility and the bond I was building with my dogs. l knew I wanted to learn more and to be a better handler for my dogs, especially Dodge. He is fast and it was much harder to learn how to handle him and be there for him. Frank was looking online at all sorts of videos of different handlers and we both agreed the European style was what we were looking for. That's when we came across OneMind Dogs, and I started following Janita Leinonen, Jaakko Suoknuuti and Jane Elene Christensen. Thanks to my husband who spent many hours building me jumps and equipment to practice on, l would study the videos and then go out in the back yard and practice their moves.

Then last year was our first USDAA Trial and we were amazed at the level of handling skills and so many handlers were doing OneMind Dogs moves. That's when I met Nicole Levesque and the wonderful opportunity to work with OneMind Dogs Coaches Tuulia and Timo Liuhto. l am really excited to go to my first OneMind Dogs seminar! l want to strengthen by Connection, Commitment and Cue skills along with my timing to help me to become a better handler. l do believe my dogs deserve it!"
